Admiring the persistence you put into your site and in depth information you offer. It's nice to come across a blog every once in a while that isn't the same unwanted rehashed material. Great read! I've bookmarked your site and I'm adding your RSS feeds to my Google account.

I do not have a clinic...many psychiatrists in Jordan can diagnose ADHD through a battery of tests. I wish you well. Thank you for visiting my site.

Sir,
I am a 22 year old male. I want to know whether you have any facilities for diagnosis of adult ADHD and what will be the charges for the same if one were to come in for the checkup of the same?

What I have been experiencing is listed below and is consistent with the symptoms of ADHD that I found in an article. Although i may be wrong.
1. I have a very noisy head. There are multiple completely random thoughts always present in my head.
2. I have trouble falling asleep.
3. I simply cannot keep my focus while I am doing something.
4. When others are talking, I sometimes wander off mentally.
5. I often doubt what I did 5 minutes ago as to whether I did it or not. Like locking my car.
6. When I am reading a book that interests me, nothing else registers in my brain. Outside surroundings cease to exist.
7.I do not wish to sit still. Even if I physically manage to sit still, my brain does not sit still at all.

Chocolate is high in Magnesium. According to Carolyn Dean, MD, ND, 80% of the people in the West are deficient in Magnesium. See http://drcarolyndean.com/magnesium_miracle/ -- Magnesium relaxes voluntary and involuntary muscles so chocolate may have a temporary relaxing effect to someone who someone who is tense.
Glad you know now Jennifer :-) You did not harm your child's health or yours for not doing so. The antibiotic dose for you sinus infection is NOT a large dose. This is the correct dose to cure your sinus infection. Any dose lower than that will not cure the infection. Probiotics have been shown to help ease the side effects of antibiotics, such as diarrhea and fungal infections such as vaginal yeast infections. If you don't take probiotics or eat yogurt while taking antibiotics, nothing "bad" will happen. Doing so will help replenish the good bacteria that get killed by taking antibiotics. Sometimes, people who take antibiotics develop a yeast infection so yogurt (probiotics) can help prevent them.
